2010 Season in Review: ItsonlikeNdamukong

The Season in Review series now enters the teams that entered the IFL Playoffs, with the 7th installment.

  • Record – 7-10 (2-4 Lincoln)
  • Playoffs – 4th place Consolation
  • Season Points For – 1300.86 (6th)
  • Season Points Against – 1218.78 (6th)
  • Playoffs Points For – 233.02 (6th)
  • Playoffs Points Against – 291.34 (7th)
  • MVP – QB Aaron Rodgers (360.48 points)
  • Best Win – Week 12, Tim TebOwned (110.96 – 42.90)
  • Worst Loss – Week 2, The Other Side (121.98 – 84.00)
  • Best Win Streak – 2 (Weeks 2-3, 6-7, 10-11)
  • Worst Losing Streak – 2 (Weeks 4-5, 8-9, 12-13)

ItsonlikeNdamukong had a strong showing in the regular season, scoring the 6th most points and giving up the 6th least in the regular season.  The numbers were less impressive in the postseason, scoring the 3rd least and giving up the second most, and losing all three games in the playoff rounds.

ItsonlikeNdamukong was a team that was able to stick around and stay in the playoff hunt, despite a 2-4 record in the Lincoln Division, the worst division record of any playoff team.  Itson also was able to never go a game above or below .500 on the season, pulling of back-to-back 2-game winning and losing streaks in the regular season.

Led by team MVP QB Aaron Rodgers, and supported with a strong running game, Itson could perform better in 2011 with a good draft.
